It took about 30~40 minitues to restore my C: drive to the state on April 30, 2017. Finally I tried to restore my system using a DiscImageBackup file which I had made on April 30, 2017, a date far before recent Windows 10 updates. Of most recent version of Windows 10 Pro twice and the results were just the same.Ĥ.
After completion of Windows 10 installation, I immediately tried to install the driver for BCM4360 wireless LAN card but I had to see the same "adapter driver or hardware failure" message. I put that ISO file on a UEFI bootable USB stickĪnd reinstalled Windows 10 Pro on my SSD using it. Today, I downloaded the most recent version of ISO image of Windows 10 Pro using the media creation tool provided by Microsoft. So I decided to format my boot drive(SSD) and re-install Windows 10 Pro on it. As my BCM4360 wireless LAN card was a brand new one purchased just two monthsĪgo, I thought there would be less possibility of sudden hardware failure over software(update) error.ģ. After I ran the A3000PX-setup.exe, I had to see an error message prompting "Network adapter driver or hardware failure". Of drivers, I realized that something may have gone too wrong. But after dozen of uninstallation/re-installation I immediately tried to re-install the driver in the hope it will restore my internet access. I was using a wireless LAN card which used theīroadcom BCM4360 chipset and when I looked into the "Device manager", I found an "unrecognized network adapter".
After that update for Windows 10, my wireless internet connection suddenly failed to work although there was no single change in my hardware. Moreover it seemed to evoke another serious problem on my system. The latest update which I installed 1 week ago(maybe on Oct 15, 2017) did not improve such situation and gave me another frustration. I had been suffering such situation for more than one month recently and I got so nervous and upset to simply turn-on my PC.Ģ. I had to do 1) and 2) more than several times until the black screen began to flicker slightly.(I saw very subtle flickering becoming more intense as time goes by) After average 15~20 minutes in doing so, my PC managed to turn-on and my monitor began showing About 1 month ago, after minor Windows update, my PC showed black screen unresponsive to any key or mouse inputs during boot.Īs there was nothing in the screen but the black blank space on my monitor, there was no other choice for me but 1) to push power button over 5 seconds to force turn-off of the system or 2) to push restart button (on the front case) to boot again. Recently I had to experience unpleasant issues after Windows 10 Updates provided by Microsoft.ġ. I'm using Windows 10 Pro in my PC at home.
